A New Year, A New Awakening
Can you believe the first month of 2018 is almost behind us?
Where does the time go? Hopefully you are getting adjusted into a rhythm of life after the holidays and settling
into the new year with a renewed sense of hope.
The sermon series this month, “Awakening,” has encouraged us to get out
of our spiritual slumber and awaken to the new thing God desires to do in and
through us (Isaiah 43:19).
If you have not already, set aside some quiet time to thank
God for seeing you through the last year, and ponder what new thing God desires
to lead you to in 2018. Trust your Heavenly Father has a plan to give you a
future and a hope this year (Jeremiah 29:11).
We want to partner with you as you journey through
2018. We are gearing up for an exciting
time in women’s ministry and want you to be present for all of it! Please save the following dates:
The Well-
Thursday, February 1 for an intimate night of worship for the women of TCAL
IF:TCAL—March 2-3 You won’t want to miss out on this exciting weekend planned just for you!
Register for a
Community Group Now--Are you connected?
We encourage you to be a part of a community group this year. It is imperative to your spiritual growth to
be connected in Christian community.

www.tcalchurch.com
Journey in the Word-
We are committed to reading and journaling a different book of the Bible each
month. Invest in the Word of God this
year and watch the new thing the Lord will do in your heart! Be on the lookout for a new scripture reading
plan the first of every month.
We look forward to partnering with you as you continue your
journey of faith. Let us know how we may
help you take any next steps. May this
year be one of living with intention, living in authentic Christian community,
and living loved by God!
See, I am doing a new
thing!
Now it springs up; do
you not perceive it?
I am making a way in
the wilderness
and streams in the
wasteland.
Isaiah 43:19
